Footer Section is the bottommost part of your store that appears on all pages. It typically contains important information, links, and elements that users may need to access, such as contact details, navigation links, payment options, and other essential information. The footer is an integral part of your store design, providing valuable information and enhancing user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Footer section split its section in to 4 columns at most based on availability. If any column leave unassigned, particular column will be hidden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add the Footer,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to\u00a0Online Store > Themes<\/strong>\u00a0and click\u00a0Customize<\/strong>\u00a0in your Shopify admin<\/li>
  2. Then click\u00a0Add section<\/strong>\u00a0under\u00a0Footer<\/strong>\u00a0area. Now you can choose\u00a0Footer<\/strong>\u00a0from the list.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can find\u00a0following settings\u00a0inside the Footer section, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    General Settings<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Column width levels<\/td>It will define how long the column will be. It will display 4 column levels<\/td><\/tr>
    Show payment icons<\/td>Option to show\/hide available payment icons.<\/td><\/tr>
    Colophon text<\/td>It will display the copyright text at the bottom of footer<\/td><\/tr>
    Show powered by link<\/td>Set to display Shopify link next to colophon text.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Footer includes 6 dedicated blocks that can be used for making your footer feature-rich & more customizable. Below you can find the list of blocks belonging to Footer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Text allow to display text as a heading or simple paragraph text based on the choices. It’s an repeatable block. You can control the width of text inside block settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Menu links will display menu items as a list. You can create menu from Online Store -> Navigation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      his block allow you to display newsletter form that allow your customers to subscribe your service by submitting the form with necessary information. It can be used only once inside footer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Country & language<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      This block allow you to display language & country dropdown selector based on the availability. It can be used only once inside footer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Follow on shop<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      This block supports Shopify in-built feature follow on shop. It will let customers follow your store in the Shop app. Followers receive store updates through push notifications, in-app messages, and feed recommendations. To use Follow on Shop, you need to have the\u00a0Shop channel<\/a>\u00a0installed, and\u00a0Shop Pay activated<\/a>\u00a0on your store.
